Cut out Your Favorite Content

You can cut out your favorite photos, maps, websites, etc., as you like and save them as “Clips.” Clips can be pasted on “Pages” afterwards.

1. Display the content you want to cut out.
2. Tap - [ Clip] at the bottom of the screen.
   The clips menu is displayed at the top of the screen.
3. Select and tap the shape you want to cut from the menu at the top of the screen, and then specify the range.
   
   • [ Freeform]: Drag and specify the range to cut into a desired shape.
   • [ Rectangle]: Drag and specify the range to cut into a square shape.
   • [ Entire screen]: Cut out the entire screen.
   The content in the specified range is cut out as a clip, and then the preview screen is displayed.
   
   Select the desired thickness and color of the pen from the pallet on the left side of the screen, and then you can add hand-written text and graphics.

   Hints

   • : Add a tag to the clip.
   • : Share the clip via e-mail or SNS (Social Networking Services).
   • : Undo changes.
     Tap to undo each change until you have undone the desired change.
   • : Redo the operation.

4. Tap [ Save] at the top of the screen.
   The clip is saved.

• Information on the original location is saved in the clip you cut out from one of the following apps. You can open the original content from the clip.
  • Browser
  • Album (While displaying individual content)
  • Gallery (While displaying individual content)
  • Socialife (While displaying individual content)
