Content is displayed repeatedly when you transfer content using 2 or more software programs, for example when you transferred content using Music Center for PC and then transferred the same content using software other than Music Center for PC.

When you import a compilation album using Music Center for PC, it may be imported as multiple albums. If this happens, edit the data using Music Center for PC so that they are put together as an album, and then transfer it to your Walkman again. Content may be duplicated if content with the same name is managed in different file formats. Delete any content in unnecessary file formats.
