Display of the current file information

  1. Current file information

    When you select a file recorded using the IC recorder and the IC recorder is in the stop mode, you can check the file information by selecting “File Information” from the OPTION menu. The file information appears. You can scroll the display by pressing or .

    The following information will be displayed.

    • File Length: Displays the length of the file (h (hour), m (minute), and s (second)).
    • REC Mode: Displays the recording mode of the file.
    • Alarm Settings: Displays information on the alarm setting.
    • File Protection: Displays the file protection setting of the file.
    • Rec Date/Time: Displays the date and time recorded (y (year), m (month), d (day), and time).
    • Scene Select: Displays the Scene Select setting in effect when the file was recorded.
    • Mic Sensitivity: Displays the microphone sensitivity setting in effect when the file was recorded.
    • Stereo Emphasis: Displays the stereo emphasis setting in effect when the file was recorded.
    • Recording Filter: Displays the recording filter setting in effect when the file was recorded.
    • VOR: Displays the VOR (Voice Operated Recording) setting in effect when the file was recorded.

Hint

  • If you do not attempt to operate the IC recorder for 1 minute, the file information disappears and the display returns to the stop mode display.
