Display during playback

  1. File information

    Displays the file information of the file currently being played back.

    A file recorded using the IC recorder is displayed as follows.

    : File name: Date_file number (e.g. 130101_001)

    When a music file or podcast file is played back, the following information display is switched every five seconds.

    : Artist name (e.g. My Recording)

    : Title: Date_file number (e.g. 130101_001)

  2. Newly arriving podcast indicator

    Appears when a new podcast file is transferred from the Sound Organizer software.

  3. Operation mode indicator

    Displays the following, depending on the current operation of the IC recorder.

    : playback

    : review/fast backward, cue/fast forward

    : going backward/forward continuously

  4. Elapsed time display

    Displays the elapsed time of a file being played back.

  5. Track mark indicator

    Displays the track mark number just before the current position. Appears when a track mark is set for a file.

  6. Clear Voice/Effect indicator

    Appears when the “Clear Voice” in the menu is set to “Clear Voice 1” or “Clear Voice 2,” or “Effect” is set in the menu.

    : Rock

    : Jazz

    : Bass1

    : Bass2

    : Custom

  7. Sleep timer indicator

    Appears when the sleep timer is set.

  8. Playback mode indicator

    1: Appears when a file is played back.

    : Appears when files in one folder are played back continuously.

    ALL: Appears when all the files are played back continuously.

    1: Appears when one file is played back repeatedly.

    : Appears when files in one folder are played back repeatedly.

    ALL: Appears when all the files are played back repeatedly.

  9. Protect indicator

    Appears when the protection is set for a file.

  10. Alarm indicator

    Appears when the alarm is set in a file.

  11. Memory card indicator

    Appears when “Memory Card” is selected as “Select Memory.” When “Built-In Memory” is selected, no indication is displayed.

  12. Recording mode indicator

    When the IC recorder is playing a file, the recording mode of the file is displayed.

    : LPCM file

    , , , : MP3 file recorded with the IC recorder

    When the files are transferred from your computer, only the file format is displayed.

    : LPCM file transferred

    : MP3 file transferred

    : WMA files transferred

    : AAC-LC files transferred

    : Appears when the IC recorder cannot recognize the recording mode.

  13. File number information

    The selected file number is displayed in the numerator and the total number of files in the folder is displayed in the denominator.

  14. Playback position

    Displays the current playback position.
