What can I do to solve a problem?
Headphone amplifier
Power
Unable to turn on the headphone amplifier/The battery life becomes short.
Unable to charge the battery.
Charging time is too long.
Even though the power/volume knob is in the on position, the CHG POWER indicator lights up in red.
Sound
There is no sound.
The sound is low.
