About the indicators

CHARGE indicator (orange)

Turns off
Charging of the speaker is completed.
Lights up (orange)
The speaker is charging.
Flashes slowly (orange)
If the CHARGE indicator flashes slowly in orange when using the speaker, the built-in battery is running low and needs to be charged.
Flashes three times (orange) and turns off
If the CHARGE indicator flashes three times in orange and goes off when you turn on the speaker, the battery is empty and needs to be charged.
Flashes quickly (orange)
When the speaker is turned off and charged, if charging takes a long time, the CHARGE indicator flashes quickly. Also, the CHARGE indicator may flash quickly when you keep using the speaker at very loud volume with the micro-USB cable connection. To stop the indicator's flashing, unplug the micro-USB cable and plug it in again.

Note

  • In an extremely cold or hot environment, charging stops for safety. When the environment returns within the range of the operating temperature, charging will restart. If charging takes a long time, the CHARGE indicator may keep flashing quickly in orange. This is not a malfunction. Unplug the micro-USB cable and plug it in an environment within the operating temperature to charge the speaker again.
