The speaker cannot be operated

  • Check that the speaker is turned on.
  • Update the software version of the iPhone/iPad/iPod touch to the latest version.
  • If the UPDATE button on the speaker lights up in orange, update the pre-installed software of the speaker to the latest version.
  • Make sure another device is not streaming to the AirPlay compatible device at the same time.
  • Update the SongPal software to the latest version.
