You cannot make a Bluetooth connection.
- Check that the Bluetooth function of your device and smartphone are turned on.
- Check that “SSE-BTR1,” the model name of your device, is selected in the Bluetooth connection screen of the smartphone. If not selected, tap the model name.
- The device cannot connect with a smartphone that is not paired. Check that the device has been paired with the smartphone.
- The pairing information may have been deleted. Make the pairing operation again.
- If the device and your smartphone are too far from each other, a Bluetooth connection may not be established or may be interrupted. Place the device and the smartphone closer.
