Taking off the device
When you take the device off your ears, be sure to follow the instructions and notes below.
- Gently move the device up and down to take it off your ears.
Note
- Suddenly removing the device when the earbuds are fitted firmly in your ears may cause damage to your ears or eardrums, or the earbuds may remain in your ears.
