What should I do if the VAIO Care (Rescue Mode) screen appears when I turn on my VAIO computer?

  • You may have accidently pressed the ASSIST button rather than the(Power) button.

    Close the VAIO Care (Rescue Mode) screen and locate the(Power) button on your VAIO computer.
