After VAIO Care starts, click VAIO Software and VAIO Update.

To update antivirus software

Click (Start), All Programs, and select the antivirus software.

Solving Problems on Your VAIO Computer Using VAIO Care
To launch VAIO Care

Alternatively, click (Start), All Programs, and VAIO Care to launch VAIO Care.

Refer to the help file included with VAIO Care for more information.

Pressing the ASSIST button while your VAIO computer is off launches VAIO Care Rescue. VAIO Care Rescue can be used to recover the computer in case of emergency, for example, when Windows does not start.
