Settings] - [More…] - [Mobile networks] - [Access Point Names].
To add an access point

Tap [
Apps & Widgets] - [
Settings] - [More…] - [Mobile networks] - [Access Point Names].

Tap
(Option menu) - [New APN].

Tap [Name], and enter the profile name of the network you want to add.

Tap [APN], and enter an access point name.

Enter all the items required by the carrier.

The settings are saved.
To reset the access point

Tap [
Apps & Widgets] - [
Settings] - [More…] - [Mobile networks] - [Access Point Names].

Tap
(Option menu) - [Reset to default].
