Turning the player on and off

If [HOLD] appears on the screen, slide the HOLD switch in the opposite direction of the arrow 
to cancel the HOLD function.

Press the button to turn on the player. The player resumes the operation from the point where you last turned off.

Press and hold the button [Details]. [POWER OFF] appears.

Set the date and time on the player before using it [Details].

If there is no operation for a certain period of time while in stop mode, the screen turns off automatically to save the battery power. If there is no operation for an extended period, the player turns off completely. The player consumes battery power very slightly in this status.

You cannot operate the player when it is connected to a computer. Disconnect the player before operating it.
