Start up Music Unlimited Transfer and enter your Sign-In ID (E-mail Address) and Password on the Sign-in window.
Click [Sign In].

If you have a PlayStation®Network sign-in ID or a Sony Entertainment Network sign-in ID for other devices, you can use an existing sign-in ID to enter the account.
Add a check mark to “Remember My Sign-in ID and Password” so that your ID and password will be remembered.
Make sure your “WALKMAN” is firmly connected to your computer.
Make sure that your computer is connected to the Internet.
If your subscription has expired, you cannot sign in to your account. Follow the messages that appear on the screen and purchase a new subscription.
If your subscription has changed, you cannot listen to any song on the Music Unlimited service. To solve this problem, synchronize channels/playlists with your "WALKMAN" or follow the messages that appear on the screen.
If a message appears, follow the instructions that appear on the window.
