You cannot unlock the screen.

  • If you have set a pattern but enter the incorrect pattern 5 times successively, a message is displayed. You can re-enter the pattern 30 seconds later after tapping [OK]. You can also unlock the screen by tapping [OK] - [Forgot Pattern] and answering the security question that you set when you created the pattern.
  • If you have set a password, you cannot unlock the screen if you forget the password. If you forget the password, it will be considered a repair item not covered by warranty.
