Cannot unlock the screen lock.

  • If you have set a pattern and enter the incorrect pattern 5 times successively, [Incorrect pattern] is displayed. You can unlock the lock screen by tapping [Try again] and retrying or by tapping [Next] and answering the [Security question] that you set when you created the pattern.
  • If you have set a password, you cannot unlock the screen lock if you forget the password. If you forget the password, it will be considered a repair item not covered by warranty.
