Notes on the AC adaptor

• The supplied AC adaptor is dedicated to this camera. Do not use with other electronic devices as it may cause malfunction.
  Also, make sure to use genuine Sony AC adaptor.

• If the Power/Charge lamp flashes while charging the camera, the battery may be malfunctioning.

• If the Power/Charge lamp does not light up even after connecting the AC adaptor to the camera and the wall outlet (wall socket), the battery is in charging standby condition as the ambient temperature is out of the appropriate range. Charging starts and the lamp lights up when the ambient temperature becomes appropriate for charging. Charging the battery in an ambient temperature of 10°C to 30°C (50°F to 86°F) is recommended.

• The supplied AC adaptor can not only charge the built-in battery of the camera, but also supply the power in playback mode.

• Operating performance cannot be ensured if voltage drop or other problems are cased by the nature of the AC adaptor.
