Turning the Bluetooth function on and off
To connect Bluetooth devices with your “WALKMAN,” you first have to turn on the Bluetooth function.
Depending on the device, the procedure to establish connection may vary. Refer to the operating instructions of the Bluetooth device.

Tap the
(Menu) button with the Home screen displayed, then tap [
Settings] - [
Wireless & networks] - [Bluetooth].
A checkmark will be added, and the Bluetooth function will turn on. The

To reduce battery consumption, turn off the Bluetooth function when not in use.

The Bluetooth communications antenna is built in to your “WALKMAN.” If you cover the antenna with your hands or other objects while using Bluetooth communications, the communications quality may be affected. [Details]
