A Bluetooth connection cannot be established.

  • The Bluetooth device to connect with is not turned on.

  • Turn on the Bluetooth device, and make sure the Bluetooth function is activated.

  • Registering (pairing) the Bluetooth device failed or was not completed.

  • Your Walkman cannot connect with devices that are not registered (paired). Register (pair) the Bluetooth device(s). [Details]

  • Your Walkman or the Bluetooth device to connect with is in sleep mode.

  • Exit from sleep mode.

  • The remaining battery power is low or depleted.

  • Charge the battery by means such as connecting your Walkman to a running computer. [Details]

  • The registration (pairing) information on your Walkman or the Bluetooth device to connect with has been deleted as a result of initializing settings, formatting memory, etc.

  • Register (pair) your Walkman and the Bluetooth device to connect with again. [Details]

  • The Bluetooth audio device profile does not support A2DP.

  • Make sure the Bluetooth audio device profile supports A2DP.
