Buying Books
Creating a bol.com account
In order to purchase and download books, you need to create an account at bol.com.
If you do not have an account, access bol.com from your computer, then create your account by following the bol.com instructions.
Getting books at bol.com
The Reader supports purchases and downloads from bol.com. For your convenience, you can access bol.com via the [Boekwinkel] application to begin building your own set of content. Purchased content will be downloaded to the Reader directory.

Configure Wi-Fi settings of the Reader to access bol.com. See Details.

Press the
(Home) button 
tap [Boekwinkel].

Sign in to your account.
Sign in via your e-mail address and password.
If you already have an Adobe account and use a different e-mail address or password for bol.com and your Adobe account, the screen for entering your Adobe ID (e-mail address) and password is displayed.

Select or search for the title you wish to purchase.
Follow bol.com instructions to complete your purchase. The Reader will begin downloading the title shortly after you complete the checkout process.
Navigating bol.com
Use the buttons on the Reader to browse bol.com.

Press the < (Previous) button to scroll up.

Press the > (Next) button to scroll down.

Tap and drag to move the view area.

Press the
(Back) button to go back to the previous Web page.

Checking downloaded content
When downloading content from bol.com, you can check the download progress in the status bar and by tapping it to display the notification window. See Details.
When you exit bol.com, your four most recent purchases are displayed under [Recent toegevoegd] on the [Home] screen.
Tip

You can post the downloaded books information to the Facebook. To post the downloaded books information, tap and hold the title of books
[Plaatsen op Facebook].
Accessing bol.com from your computer
In addition to shopping at bol.com from your computer, you can transfer books from your computer to the Reader using the Reader software. Install either Reader™ for PC or Reader™ for Mac® by launching the corresponding installer on the Reader. See Details.
