Your computer does not recognize the camera
- Set [USB Connect Setting] to [Mass Storage].
- Use the dedicated USB cable (supplied).
- Disconnect the dedicated USB cable from both the computer and the camera, and connect it again firmly.
- Disconnect all equipment other than the camera, keyboard and mouse from the USB connectors of your computer.
- Connect the camera directly to your computer without passing through a USB hub or other device.
- Set [USB Power Supply] to [Off]. Your computer may recognize the camera.
