In this Help Guide, the following types of Memory Stick media you can use with this product are called Memory Stick PRO Duo media.

• Memory Stick PRO Duo media (*)
• Memory Stick PRO-HG Duo media (*)
• Memory Stick XC-HG Duo media (**)

^* Memory Stick PRO Duo media with a capacity up to 32 GB have been confirmed to operate properly with this product.

^** Memory Stick PRO Duo media with a capacity up to 64 GB have been confirmed to operate properly with this product.

Types of SD memory card you can use with this product

In this Help Guide, the following types of SD cards you can use with this product are called “SD card.”

• SD memory card
• SDHC memory card
• SDXC memory card

Note

• When recording images in AVCHD format, use the card of Class 4 or faster.
• When recording images in XAVC S format, use a Class 10/UHS-I Speed Class 1 (U1) or faster SDXC memory card. However, an SDXC memory card of UHS-I Speed Class 3 (U3) or faster is required for recording in 100 Mbps.
• SD memory cards with a capacity up to 128 GB have been confirmed to operate properly with this product.
• You can select XAVC S 4K and 100 Mbps at the same time when using software version 3.00 or later on FDR-AX100/FDR-AX100E. To confirm the software version, select - [Setup] - [General Settings] - [Version]. (The [Version] menu item will be displayed with software version 2.00 or later.)
