Operations using the memory card cannot be performed.
- If you use the memory card formatted on a computer, format it again on this product.

When you select XAVC S format in [
File Format], use a Class 10/UHS-I Speed Class 1 (U1) or faster SDXC memory card.

When recording images with [File Format] set to [
XAVC S 4K] and [REC Mode] set to [100Mbps
], use an SDXC memory card of UHS-I U3 (FDR-AX100/FDR-AX100E).

- You can select XAVC S 4K and 100 Mbps at the same time when using software version 3.00 or later on FDR-AX100/FDR-AX100E. To confirm the software version, select
- [Setup] - [
General Settings] - [Version]. (The [Version] menu item will be displayed with software version 2.00 or later.)
