- The quality of the video displayed on your TV depends on the quality of the video provided by the video content provider as well as your connected bandwidth.
- Small picture on “BRAVIA” Internet Video.

- Video quality and picture size vary and are dependent upon broadband speed and delivery by content providers.

- Check that your equipment is compatible with “Control for HDMI” and the value of “Control for HDMI” is “On”.
- You cannot select “Off” in “Control for HDMI”.

- You cannot select “Off” for any audio system compatible with “Control for HDMI”. If you want to change the audio output to the TV speaker, select Speakers > TV Speakers.
- Intelligent Presence Sensor is unintentionally activated.

- Be sure that there is nothing within the detection range that causes the sensor to falsely recognise the audience, such as a poster on the wall.
- Be sure that there are no moving objects within the detection range that cause the sensor to falsely recognise the audience, such as a pendulum clock or curtains, for example.
- Intelligent Presence Sensor does not work correctly.

- Check the performance level of the sensor displayed on the menu screen. “Presence Sensor”: Press , then select > System Settings > Eco > Presence Sensor. “Distance Alert” or “Position Control”: Press , then select > System Settings > Distance Alert/Position Control.
- Avoid placing any obstacles in front of the sensor.
- The sensor may not work properly if the ambient light is dark or the audience is backlit.
- The sensor only works when inputs other than a PC or broadcasts are displayed in full screen. The sensor may also not work properly when you are watching 3D content.
- The sensor may not recognise facial patterns depending on the circumstances (e.g., when the audience is looking down, lying motionless, or wearing face masks or glasses).
