Picture Symptoms: TV Programme
- Ghosting or double images appear.
- Only snow noise or black picture appears on the screen.
- There is picture or sound noise when viewing a TV channel.
- Some channels are blank.
- You cannot view digital channels.
- You cannot view satellite channels. (Satellite compatible models only)
- Not all channels are tuned.
- Ghosting or double images appear.

- Check the antenna (aerial)/cable connection.
- Check the antenna (aerial) location and direction.
- Only snow noise or black picture appears on the screen.

- Check if the antenna (aerial) is broken or bent.
- Check if the antenna (aerial) has reached the end of its serviceable life (3-5 years for normal use, 1-2 years at a seaside location).
- There is picture or sound noise when viewing a TV channel.

- Adjust [AFT] (Automatic Fine Tuning) to obtain better picture reception. ([AFT] may not be available depending on your region/country.)
- Set [Audio Filter] to [Low] or [High] to improve sound for analogue reception. ([Audio Filter] may not be available depending on your region/country.)
- Set [LNA] to [Off] to improve picture reception. ([LNA] may not be available depending on the situation.)
- Some channels are blank.

- The channel is for scrambled/subscription service only. Subscribe to a pay TV service.
- The channel is used only for data (no picture or sound).
- Contact the broadcaster for transmission details.
- You cannot view digital channels.

- Ask a local installer if digital transmissions are provided in your area.
- Upgrade to a higher gain antenna (aerial).
- You cannot view satellite channels. (Satellite compatible models only)

- Ask a local installer if satellite services are provided in your area.
- Check your LNB equipment and settings.
- Not all channels are tuned.

- Try to preset channels manually by configuring the settings in [Manual Programme Preset]. (Availability of [Manual Programme Preset] and its options may vary depending on the region/country/situation.)
