Checking the server connection
Steps
Press the HOME button, then select
[Settings].
Select
[Network] → [Home Network Setup] → [Server Diagnostics].
Follow the on-screen instructions to perform the diagnostics.
To return to the last viewed source, press the HOME button twice.
