Configuring settings in the “App Settings” menu
App Settings allows you to select an HDD AUDIO PLAYER to connect to from HDD Audio Remote and display the HDD Audio Remote Help or information.
- Select [App Settings] from the Home screen.
- Tap the desired menu item.
Details of displayed items
- Connection:
- Displays the names of the HDD AUDIO PLAYER models on the same network as the HDD Audio Remote and [Demo Player].

Player name: Displays the Home screen of the selected HDD AUDIO PLAYER.

Demo Player: Switches to the Demo mode.

- Re-acquire database from the player:
- Rescan the hard disk drive to correct the difference between the content displayed on the screen and the current database of the hard disk drive.
Use this function to correct any differences that have occurred, irrespective of the cause.
- Help:
- Displays the “Help.”
- About:
- Displays the version information and disclaimer of HDD Audio Remote.
- End User License Agreement (Android devices only):
- Displays “End User License Agreement.”
Note
- If you select [Help] while the smartphone or tablet you are using is not connected to the Internet, a network error will occur.
