HDD AUDIO PLAYER does not play tracks.
- Make sure that you are not using HDD Audio Remote offline or in Demo mode.
- Check the network connection.
- To play tracks stored in an external hard disk drive, make sure an external hard disk drive is connected to the HDD AUDIO PLAYER.
- Some tracks, such as those other than 2ch, cannot be played even if the file extension is supported by the HDD AUDIO PLAYER.
- Check whether (sync) is displayed. If (sync) is displayed, inconsistencies have occurred between HDD Audio Remote and the HDD AUDIO PLAYER. The track you are trying to play may have been removed from the HDD AUDIO PLAYER. Tap (sync) to synchronize HDD Audio Remote with the HDD AUDIO PLAYER.
