Controller devices or applications on the home network cannot connect to the receiver.

  • Confirm that the network is correctly set up.
  • The device is set to [Disable] on the device list, or is not added to the device list.
  • A maximum of 20 connectable devices has been set. Delete unnecessary devices on the device list and then set [Allow All Controllers] to [On] or [Off].
  • Server operation of the receiver is suspended if the receiver is conducting one of the following operations:
    • Playing a track stored on the server (the receiver is operating as a player)
    • Updating the software
    • Formatting the system
    • Changing the settings
  • Confirm that [External Control] is not set to [Off].
  • TV SideView is not registered. TV SideView Registration is required to control the receiver with TV SideView.
