There is severe humming or noise.
- Check that the speakers are connected to the USB DAC AMPLIFIER correctly.
- Move your TV away from the USB DAC AMPLIFIER and other audio equipment.
- The plugs and ports are dirty. Wipe them with a cloth slightly moistened with alcohol.
