- Check that the LAN cable is connected to the 4K Media Player when you want to connect the 4K Media Player to the network via a wired LAN connection.

Check that the LAN cable is disconnected from the 4K Media Player when you want to connect the 4K Media Player to the network via a Wi-Fi (wireless LAN) connection.

If the 4K Media Player is connected through a Wi-Fi network, move the 4K Media Player and the Wi-Fi router closer to each other and perform the setup again.
- Make sure that you use a Wi-Fi router.
- Make sure that the Wi-Fi router is turned on.
- Check the settings of the Wi-Fi router and perform the setup again. For details on the settings of devices, refer to the operating instructions of the devices.
- Wi-Fi networks are influenced by electromagnetic radiation emitted by microwave ovens and other devices.
- Move the 4K Media Player away from these devices.
- The server may be down.
