The 4K Media Player does not detect the USB device connected to the 4K Media Player.

  • Make sure that the USB device is securely connected to the (USB) port on the front of the 4K Media Player.
  • The EXTRA HDD (USB) port on the rear of the 4K Media Player is not available in some countries/regions. Connect the USB device to the (USB) port on the front of the 4K Media Player.
  • Make sure the USB device or cable is not damaged.
  • Make sure the USB device is turned on.
  • If the USB device is connected via a USB hub, connect the USB device directly to the 4K Media Player instead.
