Disconnecting the IC recorder from the USB AC adaptor

Follow the procedures below; otherwise, when the IC recorder contains data files, the files may be damaged or become unplayable.
  1. If you are recording or playing back a file, press or to stop the IC recorder.
  2. Make sure that the operation indicator of the IC recorder does not light.
  3. Disconnect the IC recorder from the USB AC adaptor, and then disconnect the USB AC adaptor from the AC outlet.

Note

  • Connect a USB AC adaptor to an easily accessible AC outlet. Should you notice a problem with the IC recorder, disconnect it from the AC outlet immediately.
  • During recording (the operation indicator lights or flashes in red) or accessing data (the operation indicator flashes in orange),
    • the IC recorder should not be connected to or disconnected from the USB AC adaptor connected to the AC outlet.
    • the USB AC adaptor connected to the IC recorder should not be connected to or disconnected from the AC outlet.

    Doing so may damage the data.
