You cannot perform touch operations.

  • Check if [Touch Operation] is set to [On].
  • The MENU screen and the playback mode screen cannot be operated using touch operations.
  • The [Touch Shutter] function or [Touch Focus] function is disabled while using Digital Zoom. You can use [Touch Shutter] or [Touch Focus] within the range of the optical zoom.
  • The touch panel of this product is not pressure-sensitive. You may not be able to operate the touch panel using your fingernail or a pen.
  • If there are water drops on the monitor, or you touch the monitor with a wet finger, you may not be able to operate the touch panel. Turn the product off, then wipe off the drops on the monitor using a soft cloth.
