Why doesn’t the camera charge?

  • Charge the battery with the power of the camera turned off.
  • If you are using the AC adaptor (sold separately), reconnect it as follows.
    1. Connect the micro USB cable (supplied) to the multi terminal of the camera.
    2. Connect the micro USB cable to the AC adaptor.
    3. Connect the AC adaptor to the wall outlet (wall socket).
