About the indicators

POWER/CHG (power/charge) indicator

When the headphone amplifier is being charged, the indicator flashes/lights up in red.

When the headphone amplifier is turned on, the indicator flashes/lights up in green.

The the power/volume knob is in the off position

Lights up (red)
The headphone amplifier is being charged.
Flashes (red)
The headphone amplifier is not being charged properly.
Reconnect the headphone amplifier.

The the power/volume knob is in the on position

You can check the battery level by the number of times that the indicator flashes when the headphone amplifier is turned on.

Lights up (green)
The headphone amplifier is turned on.
Flashes three times (green)
The battery is substantially charged.
Flashes twice (green)
The battery is half charged.
Flashes once (green)
The battery level is low. It is necessary to charge the battery.
Continuous flashing (green)
If you continue to use the headphone amplifier without charging, it will turn off in a few minutes.
When the POWER/CHG (charge) of the headphone amplifier indicator turns off because the remaining battery power becomes low after being used for a long time, the POWER/CHG (charge) indicator lights up in red if you connect the DC IN 5V port of the headphone amplifier to a computer or other device. The headphone amplifier cannot be charged or turned on in this state. In this case, turn the power/volume knob of the headphone amplifier to the off position and charge it. After charging, the POWER/CHG (charge) indicator lights up in green and the headphone amplifier turns on when the power/volume knob is turned to the on position.

Connection error indications for the iPhone/iPad/iPod connection INPUT port

Flashes one time about every three seconds
An incompatible device is connected to the iPhone/iPad/iPod connection INPUT port.
Flashes two times about every three seconds
A USB hub is connected to the iPhone/iPad/iPod connection INPUT port.
Connect the device directly without the USB hub.
Flashes three times about every three seconds
The headphone amplifier is not connected to iPhone/iPad/iPod properly.
Reconnect them properly.
