Noise is generated.

  • Connect the headphone amplifier and the device directly, not via a USB hub or USB cable extension.
  • The USB port of the connected computer may have a problem. Connect the headphone amplifier to another USB port of the computer if available.
  • When the audio device is connected to the AUDIO IN/LINE OUT jack of the headphone amplifier, adjust the volume of the connected device and turn up the volume of the headphone amplifier.
  • Keep the computer away from the headphone amplifier.
  • Restart the audio playback software.
  • Turn off the connected audio device, then turn it on again.
  • Noise might occur between the songs because the headphone amplifier reproduces an original source authentically with high sound quality. This is not a malfunction.
  • Noise might occur if there are wireless devices near by. Use the headphone amplifier at a distance from those devices.
