If the headset does not function as expected, try the following steps to resolve the issue.

• Find the symptoms of the issue in this Help Guide, and try any corrective actions listed.
• Connect the headset to a computer to charge the battery.
  You may be able to resolve some issues by charging the battery.
• Reset the headset.
• Initialize the headset.
  This operation resets volume settings, etc., and deletes all pairing information.
• Look up information on the issue on the customer support website.

If the operations above do not work, consult your nearest Sony dealer.

To attach the earpads

1. Align the projection in the groove on the main part with the notch on the earpad.

   

2. Place your finger at the notch, and then press and move your finger around the skirt of the earpad once to mount the skirt to the groove on the main part.

   

Note

• Be careful not to catch any foreign objects between the main part and the earpad. Keep metal objects away as they may stick to the speakers in the headset.
