I pressed the power button on PCS, but the power does not turn off.

The (Power) button may not respond when the power should not be turned off, such as when the system software is being updated. Wait for a while and try again.
You can forcibly turn off PCS by holding down the power button for 5 seconds. This method, however, is not usually recommended because it might damage the data stored on the unit.
