Formatting the USB hard disk drive fails.
- It may take some time for PCS to connect to a USB hard disk drive. After connecting PCS to the USB hard disk drive, allow at least a minute before formatting.
- Please note that while the hard disk is being used, no images can be erased (formatted). Other devices may be using the PCS, so make sure the other devices will sign out before you try formatting.
