I cannot copy files from my smartphone/tablet to PCS.

  • If the illumination LED is blinking red, it indicates low space on the internal hard disk.

    Please remove files from the internal hard disk after you back them up, to increase free disk space. For details about how to back up, see Backing up data in PCS in the online help.
