The internal hard disk drive of PCS may not have enough free space.

Delete unnecessary images to free enough space, then try again.

The device may be disconnected from PCS.

Make sure that the device is correctly connected to PCS, then try again.

Files of 4 GB or larger cannot be copied to PCS. AVCHD video files can be copied regardless of the file size. If the recording device has a file dividing function, large files might be copied by dividing into several small files.
