Before taking the portable wireless server for repair, check it as follows.

• Check items explained in "How to use" and "Troubleshooting."
• Try charging the unit.
• Try pressing the RESET switch.

  Press momentarily (approx. 1 second): The unit restarts.

  Press and hold (more than approx. 10 seconds): The factory defaults are restored.

  When the factory defaults are restored, perform the initial setting again.

If solutions described in the troubleshooting topics fail to resolve the problem, contact your Sony dealer or local authorized Sony service facility.
