Formatting the memory
Format the memory of your device.
- With the device turned on, check that music is not playing, a training plan is not active, and the Bluetooth function is off.
- Press and hold the button () on the left () side of the headphones for about 15 seconds until the LED () on the right () side of the headphones blinks in orange quickly, and then release the button.
The LED () then changes to a steady red light.
- Press the Previous/Next button () on the left () side of the headphones within 30 seconds of the LED () changing to a red light.
- Press the button () while the LED () is lit in green.
The LED () blinks in green quickly while formatting. The LED () turns off when formatting is complete.
Hint
- Formatting the memory does not erase the setting or the information of smartphones you have paired.
Note
- Be sure not to format the memory of your device using a computer. If you have formatted it with a computer, format it again using the device.
- Formatting the memory of the device erases all of the data, including the music that was transferred to the device, the sample songs installed at the factory, the supplied software installer, the stored training plans, the Help Guide, etc. Be sure to save any important songs and data to your computer before formatting.
