The computer does not recognize your device.
- If the remaining battery power is low, charge the battery.
- The first time you use the device or if you have not used it for a long time, it may take several minutes for your computer to recognize the device from when you connect. After 10 minutes of being connected, check whether the device has been recognized.
- Check that the USB connection to the computer is made properly.
- Your device may not be recognized if connected via a USB hub. Connect directly to the USB terminal on your computer.
- If the remedies above do not solve the problem, reset the device, and then reconnect via USB.
