Resetting the sensor to factory defaults
Note
- If you reset the sensor, the play data, pairing information, and time stored in the sensor is deleted.
- Once you reset the sensor, be sure to pair it with the app before using it.
- Find the reset button located on the rear of back of the sensor.
Simultaneously press the 
button and the reset button.
Hold the button for more than 7 seconds.
- The red and blue lights simultaneously blink four times and resetting is complete.
- The sensor turns on automatically after resetting.
- The sensor then automatically starts pairing with the app and the blue light pulses.
- Activate the BLUETOOTH function of the app.
- When pairing is complete, the blue light blinks four times rapidly for Android devices and twice rapidly for iOS devices.
