BLUETOOTH connection cannot be established.

  • Check that the sensor is on.
  • Check that the BLUETOOTH function of your smartphone or tablet is activated.
  • You need to perform pairing for the BLUETOOTH connection. Refer to the manuals attached to your smartphone or tablet and confirm the connection history of the Smart Tennis Sensor.
  • Sometimes the BLUETOOTH connection can be made with the app running and pressing the button on the sensor to switch from Memory Mode to Live Mode again.
  • Sometimes the BLUETOOTH connection can be made if you turn off your smartphone or tablet and turn it on again.
