Wireless speaker (BRAVIA Theatre Sub/Rear)

You can use the TV with the wireless speaker such as rear speaker or subwoofer by connecting them through BRAVIA Connect App.


You can connect compatible wireless speaker such as rear speaker or subwoofer to this TV.

Note

  • To ensure proper connection and functionality of the wireless speaker, you may need to update the TV’s software to the latest version.
    For details about software updates, see the Software updates page.

Wireless speaker connection during the TV Setup

  1. Install the BRAVIA Connect App on your smartphone.
    For details, refer to the BRAVIA Connect App page.
  2. Connect the TV to the rear speaker or subwoofer through the app.

Adjusting the wireless speaker settings

Select a method below to adjust the wireless speaker’s settings.


BRAVIA Connect App

Follow the on-screen guide to control the audio settings of the wireless speaker.


On-screen TV display

Press the (Quick Settings) button on the remote control, then select [Settings] — [Display & Sound] — [Audio output] — the desired option.

When you select [TV and wireless speakers], you can output sound from both TV and wireless speaker.

When you select [TV speakers], you can output sound from TV speaker only.


Note

  • When you select [TV and wireless speakers] in [Audio output], [Voice Zoom] will not be available.
  • When you select [TV and wireless speakers] in [Audio output], you cannot use Bluetooth devices (such as Bluetooth headphones).
