Resetting the bulb speaker

When the bulb speaker is not working properly, resetting it may resolve some issues.

  1. Hold down the WHITE/COLOR (white/color)/ OFF (light off) button for five seconds to turn off the light.

    The unit will make a sound* to indicate that BLUETOOTH has been disconnected. Release the button when you hear the sound.

  2. Hold down the WHITE/COLOR (white/color)/ OFF (light off) button on the remote control for five seconds.

    The bulb speaker will blink several times in red, and then remain on at maximum brightness.

  3. To reconnect to a BLUETOOTH device after performing a reset, delete the pairing information for the bulb speaker from your BLUETOOTH device, and perform pairing again.

  • Be aware that when you reset the bulb speaker, the following information will all be erased.
    • Pairing information
    • Brightness and color settings
    • Volume setting
    • Speaker Add function and master unit settings
    • BLUETOOTH codec setting
    • Equalizer function
