  • The songs on your device may be corrupted. Connect to a computer and delete the garbled songs. Use Media Go or Explorer when connecting with a Windows computer, or use Finder when connecting with a Mac computer. After you have deleted the songs, retransfer them from the computer to the device. When you transfer songs, make sure that no other tasks are running on your computer until transferring is completed. Otherwise, the data may be damaged.
  • If listening to music on a smartphone, set the playback quality of Bluetooth connections to prioritize connection.
